(1) A person claiming compensation under this paragraph shall submit an application to the Railway Administrator through any of the following places within fifteen days from the date of registering the passenger train and entrusting it to the Board for transportation:-
(a) Railway station assigned to Yatri Gunta,
(b) the railway station at which the passenger reaches Yatrigunta, or
(c) Central Office of the Board.
(2) The railway administrator shall make a decision within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application as per sub-section (1).
(3) A person who is not satisfied with the decision made by the railway administrator according to sub-section (2) may file an appeal in the relevant district court within thirty five days from the date of the decision.
